The mission of BikeDFW is to educate and advocate for changes in attitude and public policy that will improve and promote the safety, convenience, and acceptance of bicycling in North Central Texas.
We are a fun 2 part group. Fitness buddies that want to be social too! So we combined what we like doing, riding the bike trails around Dallas/Fort Worth and doing pub crawls with our friends on special occasions. We are not professional road racers or mountain bikers. Instead we are a group of 40+ year olds that just want to have fun and enjoy life to it's fullest.
DORBA is a volunteer run nonprofit in Dallas, TX. We rely on our volunteers, sponsors and members to support the local trail system and mountain biking. Our volunteers put in over 4000hrs each year supporting the trail system. Your membership dues go directly to building and repairing trails and providing a great community of cyclists in the DFW area.
Dallas Area Tandem Enthusiasts is a group of like-minded people who enjoy riding tandem bicycles for fun and fitness. The goal of the club is to HAVE FUN, while promoting bicycle safety, social activities, and interest in the sport of cycling. They are made up of riders of all abilities from beginners to seasoned veterans. Rides range from 25 to 65+ miles and the pace varies from touring to racing. Most rides include multiple distance options that all begin at the same time and place.
Fit 2 Train is a team of dedicated and passionate athletes who are looking to better themselves by training with other like minded individuals. They are continuously striving to offer the best training opportunities for team members which includes group training, training camps and seminars. Group training sessions are coached by professional multi-sport coaches and elite level triathletes.
The FCC aims to build community involvement, community awareness, physical education and participation through club activities and charitable events. We dedicated to enabling the sport of cycling within local and regional communities by hosting events, offering clinics, and teaming up with charities. FCC regularly partners with organizations to raise money contributing to local community assistance programs, as well as national level medical research and development fund raisers.
The Greater Dallas Bicyclists (GDB) was founded in 1973 by a few bicycling enthusiasts who wanted to get together for some recreational rides on weekends. To some of our members, the ideal ride is a leisurely ride during the Sunday Roll. For others, it’s the learning curve of group riding during our Starter Ride for New Riders or the ride around the DFW Airport. Others like to challenge themselves during our monthly Time Trial during the summer. Others like to move from road bikes to trail riding around White Rock Lake on mountain bikes as the seasons change.
Jesuit Cycling is a competitive race team that competes in road racing, mountain bike racing, and cyclocross racing. All student-athletes compete in road racing; the other two disciplines are completely optional. Students come to the team from a variety of athletic backgrounds and previous cycling experience is not required. Cycling is an endurance sport and the team takes its state championship defense seriously, so commitment, training, and hard work within the Jesuit context of well-roundedness is a hallmark of the team.
Matrix Cycling Club is a nonprofit bicycling club dedicated to promoting and developing fast recreational and performance cycling. The Club is for cyclists of all ages and abilities generally residing in the Dallas/Ft.Worth region. Most members are students or working adults who enjoy cycle racing and performance training. Please feel free to join us on a local training ride and/or attend one of our Club meetings.
McKinney Velo is a competitive cycling organization whose members share a passion for racing and a strong commitment to making a difference in the local community. Our members compete across multiple disciplines including; Road, Triathlons, Mountain Bike, Velodrome, Duathlons and Cyclocross. In our Community the team is focused on cultivating a cycling culture in the Greater McKinney area through teaching safe and responsible cycling while also supporting individuals new to the sport of cycling; encouraging active and healthy lifestyles; and actively supporting local charities.
Meat Fight benefits the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Our mission is to make the lives of those living with MS brighter, and ultimately, to find a cure for MS. Meat FIght donates 100% of base ticket price (before service fees) directly to the National MS Society and programs that support those living with MS (Including our original Meat Fight Meat Bike program, which gives bikes to those living with MS.)
The Mirage Cycling Team is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion and development of recreational and performance bicycling. It is for male and female cyclists of all ages and abilities. Most members are students or adults with full-time jobs who enjoy bicycle racing and/or training. Please feel free to join one of our regular training rides and/or attend one or our regular monthly meetings.
North Texas Mutlisport is a social multisport group offering training partners, workouts, rides, social events, races and much more things. We are a network of people with various different goals and backgrounds.
The Plano Bicycle Association is an organization of more than 700 enthusiastic recreational road cyclists committed to providing both members and guests with safe, fun, and challenging group rides. We offer a wide range of leader-led rides throughout the week, as well as special events, so that any cyclist, regardless of speed or endurance, can participate in our cycling fun and camaraderie. We are dedicated to the fostering of responsible cycling.
Shawnee Trail Cycling Club is one of the fastest growing cycling organizations in North Texas. Based in Frisco, and serving the cycling populace of the surrounding communities, Shawnee Trail Cycling Club is a community focused organization dedicated to the sport of cycling for fitness, recreation and the use of bicycles as an alternative, energy efficient, mode of transportation.

Established in 2012 ,Team Cambridge’s mission is “Paying it Forward,” which emphasizes our team’s commitment to encourage as many people as possible to enjoy the health benefits, thrill of competition and personal fulfillment that come from being active in our sport. The Texas Irish Cycling Team was formed in 2006 by 22 mutual friends living throughout the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. We share a passion for cycling and a desire to help our communities. What started out as a group of individuals who enjoyed the camaraderie of cycling and raising money as part of Sam's Club Bike MS has evolved into a not-for-profit corporation whose members have raised more than $900,000 for local and national charities.
