RBM has online shopping available for certain product lines. We are limited by the dealer agreements we have with certain vendors and cannot ship any Trek, Bontrager, Fisher, Specialized or various other brands of merchandise outside our market area.
Gift cards are available for purchase online.
NEW BIKE AND NON-SALE MERCHANDISE:
New bicycles and non-sale merchandise may be returned (subject to the exceptions below), less a 10% restocking fee, within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund, if the new bicycle or non-sale merchandise is in new, unused condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Food items are not returnable or exchangeable. Pro build bikes are not returnable or exchangeable. Tubular tires and wheels that have been glued are not returnable or exchangeable. Shoes, helmets, shorts and jerseys that have been worn or soiled are not returnable or exchangeable. The 10% restocking fee is not applicable to exchanges for like items. After 30 days from the date of purchase, non-sale merchandise in new, unused condition with tags attached may be returned for store credit only, less the 10% restocking fee. Any item returned without the original sales receipt will receive store credit in the amount of the lowest sale price per item during the preceding 60 days, less the 10% restocking fee. Purchased new bicycles that have been used may be returned for partial credit at the sole discretion of a manager.
Used bicycles are sold “as is” without any warranty and are not returnable or exchangeable but may be used as a trade-in on the purchase of a new bicycle.
All sales of “sale” apparel and accessories are final.
Layaway merchandise purchases or layaway purchases of new, non-sale bicycles must be paid in full within 90 days from the date of the initial deposit. The initial deposit on all layaway purchases must be at least 20% of the selling price. Layaway deposits may be refunded anytime within 30 days from the initial deposit, subject to a 10% restocking fee (based on the selling price of the merchandise). After 30 days, layaway deposits will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and the remaining balance of the deposit will be given as store credit only. After 90 days, all layaway deposits are nonrefundable. Layaway deposit refunds on used bicycles, sale bicycles, or consignment bicycles are at the sole discretion of a manager.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. After 12 months from the date of issue, there will be a 10% surcharge to reinstate a lost or stolen gift card, as long as the card has not been redeemed. You MUST have your receipt in order to receive a refund for a Gift Card. No exceptions without a manager's approval.
