Exchange/Return Policy

  • 14-day return and 30-day exchange policy in effect.
    • In-store sales: Return/exchange window starts upon bike/item pickup.
    • Online sales: Return/exchange window starts from UPS/FedEx confirmed delivery date.
  • Bicycles/Items must be in new condition with original packaging, manuals and ALL included extras for return eligibility.
  • Damaged, used, or unpackaged returns are subject to restocking fee or partial refund.
  • Customer is responsible for filing shipping damage claims; contact us for assistance.
  • Used bicycles are sold "as is" without warranty, not returnable/exchangeable but eligible for trade-ins valued at managers discretion.
  • Special orders subject to a 20% restocking fee; all closeout items final sale.
  • Refunds require original receipt; store credit issued at managers discretion for returns without receipt.
  • Prepaid shipping label available for returns. Contact us for more information (cost deducted from final refund).
  • Refunds issued in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and Freight Insurance and Assembly fees are non-refundable.

Current prices in retail stores prevail; internet prices subject to change without notice due to vendor costs and international product volatility.

Bikemart.com aims for accurate online catalog pricing, and we strive for precision in all information provided. If any errors occur, please bring them to our attention during your next visit or by calling/emailing us. We regret any inconvenience and reserve the right to cancel online orders. We appreciate your understanding.

Bike Mart Guarantee

Shop confidently at Bike Mart - we'll match any local retail store's advertised price on the same item within 30 days. Price match requires verification, and the item must be in stock at the other store. Exclusions apply to stores liquidating stock or going out of business.

Layaway

For layaway purchases or new, non-sale bicycles, full payment is due within 90 days of the initial deposit. The deposit must be at least 20% of the selling price. Refunds are available within 30 days with a 10% restocking fee. After 30 days, a 10% restocking fee applies, and the remaining balance becomes store credit. After 90 days, layaway deposits are nonrefundable. Refunds for used, sale, or consignment bicycles are at the manager's discretion.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized use. After 12 months, a 10% surcharge applies to reinstate lost or stolen cards, provided they haven't been redeemed. Refunds require a receipt; exceptions require manager approval.
