Comments:

You could not ask for a better bike for the price. After spending an hour tweaking the seat, handle bars, hand breaks ect.. to fit my riding position/style it's like having a custom make bike. You can't find a more comfortable bike than the Trek Pure Sport. The 21 speed is worth the extra money.

I ride with my wife and children. I try to ride 5 to 6 times a week. We ride about 6 - 10 miles a day. I took the bike to North Myrtle Beach. I rode it over 100 miles that week. It is very comfortable. It was the highlight of the day. It climbs hills very good. My wife has the girl's version of this bike. We get a lot of comments on how the bikes look.

I bought this bike a couple weeks ago. I narrowed down my choices to a Pure and a Townie. The Pure is more comfortable to me and also looks better. I'm still very glad I chose the Pure. It's extremely comfortable and handles well. The only downside I've found is that it does not have any factory fenders available. You can, however, get a factory (Bontrager) rear rack made especially for it.

Basic exercise and relaxation. Easy to ride, confortable seat and I love the pedals forward approach. I had the handle bars elevated another inch and the seat tilted slightly forward. Very safe bike to ride and control. Bought one for myself and my wife. If you ride in urban or suburban environments and city paved bike paths this IS the bike to ride.

I bought this bike for myself for the upright postion because I have arthritis in my hands making the pressure on them from my other bike painful for days. This bike was wonderful for that. Unfortunately, my husband loved it also and has commandeered it. I had to buy him one to get mine back. It's a fantastic bike.

I love this bike. I used to be into MNT Biking, but I have lower back trouble now, and I just wanted a bike to cruise on, and the Trek Pure Sport fit the bill perfectly. Sure, its around [$], but you get what you pay for. If you buy a [...] special you will get just that.

This bike has a heavy price tag but you get what you pay for and this is luxury. This bike has changed my life! I bike everywhere, and when I tried another bike it was apparent to me then how comfortable this bike is. The way this bike is set up it is especially comfortable for women, it holds up our "upper half" very well! There have been no problems, save for the way the frame is shaped I have to put it on my cars bike rack upside down due to no crossbar on the top, but George's sells a detachable bar that you can put on for mounting so problem solved. Its SUPER cute, I have the pink one and get compliments on it ALL the time!
